About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent education and experience.
- 7 or more years of build analyst experience in Epic and/or equivalent healthcare software.
- Epic certification within 90 days of hire.
- Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations.
- 4 or more years of Epic Certification with build experience.
- Deep understanding of complex applications and their capabilities.
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving application failures.
