Summary
Shive-Hattery is seeking a Senior K-12 Architect to join their growing K12 team in Iowa City, IA. The role focuses on business development and involves developing and implementing strategies to achieve company goals.
About the Role
As a Senior K-12 Architect, you will be responsible for networking, developing business strategies, directing outreach to potential clients, and tracking business development efforts. You will also coach and mentor junior staff, participate in strategic growth planning, and contribute to the success of the company's objectives.
About You
Required:
- Completion of accredited professional degree program with a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
- At least 15 years' experience in the practice of architecture, with a focus on the K-12 market.
- Registered architect certification.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in business development within the architecture industry.
- Ability and willingness to travel as necessary.
