About You
- Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Member of The Florida Bar or licensed to practice law in another state and in good standing.
- 5-10 years of experience in ADA, affirmative action, arbitration, class action, counseling, e-discovery, EEOC, employee benefits, ERISA, FLSA, immigration, investigations, labor relations, litigation, NLRB, OSHA, Title VII, wage & hour, and whistleblower.
- Florida Bar Board Certification in a relevant area.
