You will also manage payments for charge-off loans, assist with inquiries related to legal issues, and provide support to collection agencies as needed.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Three years of experience in collections or legal.
- Ability to handle irate members tactfully.
- Ability to navigate core and legal systems.
