About the Role
As a Senior Legal Corporate Counsel, you will provide expert legal counsel on contracts, compliance, privacy, labor and employment, and emerging issues such as artificial intelligence. You will lead contract lifecycle management, draft and negotiate agreements, develop company policies, and manage external counsel while delivering internal legal training programs.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience in-house or in private practice.
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple areas of law and adapt to changing business needs.
