You will also mentor junior staff and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
About You
Required:
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona with no past disciplinary actions or violations.
- Minimum 7 years of civil litigation experience with a significant emphasis on Real Estate Law.
- Extensive experience taking/defending depositions and arguing complex motions.
Preferred:
- Trial experience is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload independently using modern practice management and communication tools.
