About the Role
As a Senior Living Sales Specialist, you will report to the Regional Director of Sales and work closely with leadership partners. Your responsibilities include maximizing revenue, developing pricing strategies, increasing occupancy rates, and ensuring proactive sales activities. You will also meet with prospective residents and their families to understand their needs and provide solutions, while collaborating with marketing professionals to enhance the community's presence.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience with Yardi CRM.
- Familiarity with PC-based software for sales data and word processing.
