You will also represent the company in community functions and maintain knowledge of market conditions.
About You
Required:
- Active state MLO license in each state where business is conducted.
- High-school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years lending origination experience.
- Strong PC skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Lotus Notes.
- Solid knowledge of state and local real estate markets.
Preferred:
- Ability to negotiate persuasively.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
