As a Senior Loan Officer, you will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, developing a network for mortgage loan business, completing loan applications, performing prequalification assessments, negotiating loan terms, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. You will also represent the company in community functions and maintain knowledge of market conditions.
About You
Required:
- Active state MLO license in each state where business is conducted.
- High-school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years lending origination experience.
- Strong PC skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Lotus Notes.
- Solid knowledge of state and local real estate markets.
Preferred:
- Ability to negotiate persuasively.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
