About the Role
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing advanced Reinforcement Learning technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working on the end-to-end ML lifecycle. Your tasks will include designing algorithms, improving existing RL algorithms, and integrating the latest research into deployable systems.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of ML experience in search, natural language processing/understanding, and conversational AI.
- Proven experience in LLM post-training techniques such as SFT, RLHF, and Reward Modeling.
- Hands-on experience building RL pipelines and training agents in various environments.
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Deep expertise in reinforcement learning-based post-training on LLM models.
- Strong understanding of cutting-edge RL algorithms and large language models.
- Excellent communication skills and strong product intuition.
