About You
- 6+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in machine learning.
- Deep familiarity with time series methods, computer vision, and embeddings.
- Experience wrangling large datasets with geospatial libraries and frameworks like PyTorch/TF.
- Ability to experiment with model architectures and derive data-driven insights.
- Experience writing clean, modular Python code and applying software development best practices.
- Experience deploying models via Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.
- AWS or GCP experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a Bachelor's degree in a STEM or analytics-focused field.
- Ability to work and commute to Arlington, VA 3x/week.
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Security Clearance.
- Practical knowledge of remote sensing and satellite imagery.
- Knowledge of coordinate reference systems and common data formats.
- Hands-on experience building geospatial or sensor-driven data products.
- Familiarity with techniques like model compression and distributed training pipelines.
