About You
- MS/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML, or a PhD with 2+ years of experience in deploying ML solutions.
- Hands-on experience developing and operationalizing complex ML models for unstructured and multimodal data.
- Expert proficiency in the Python data science stack and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch).
- Practical experience in computational design of experiments (DoE) and optimization methods for closed-loop systems.
- Public portfolio of projects available on GitHub/GitLab demonstrating production or research capabilities.
- Strong understanding of lab workflows and the drug discovery pipeline.
