As a Senior Manager, Fractional CFO Advisory Services, you will oversee Fractional CFO engagements, guide senior advisory talent, and ensure the consistent delivery of strategic insights. You will play a key role in expanding the firm’s advisory footprint and developing the next generation of leadership, while also serving as a trusted advisor to business owners and executive teams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or advisory roles, including CFO-level responsibilities.
- Strong leadership experience managing teams and navigating complex, fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of GAAP, financial strategy, and executive-level advisory work.
- Proven ability to build client trust, grow a market, develop business, and maintain strong professional networks.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
