About You
- 7 to 10 years experience in business operations, transformation, or digital process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with low-code and no-code tools such as Zapier, n8n, Airtable, and Power Automate.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, and Zendesk.
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies and platforms like OpenAI and Azure AI Services.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical solutions into business narratives.
