About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Category Strategy & Deployment, you will serve as a trusted advisor to retail partners, focusing on category strategy, customer collaboration, business insights, internal optimization, and retail execution. You will develop and implement shelving and assortment strategies, drive category growth, and ensure cohesive execution across teams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in Retail Packaged Goods with direct selling or category management experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, coaching, leadership, and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of consumer, shopper, and syndicated data sets (Nielsen, KANTAR, Customer Data Sources).
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Proven success in cross-functional roles within Packaged Goods and sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
