- Strong project management skills.
- Experience managing freelance contributors or small teams.
- Analytical mindset with familiarity using metrics to evaluate performance.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or employer benefits marketing.
- Comfort working with video and multimedia storytelling formats.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and SEO optimization platforms.
