About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Customer Service Value Stream Lead, you will be responsible for representing Customer Service requirements, validating template build decisions, and ensuring solutions are practical and scalable. You will lead a team of process leads and Customer Service SMEs, drive change impact assessments, oversee data readiness, and ensure successful deployment of the Transcend solution within Customer Service.
About You
Required:
- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in Supply Chain or Order to Cash Processes.
- Subject-matter expertise in Customer Service and Order-to-Cash capabilities within an SAP environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with SAP including modules relevant to the Value Stream.
Preferred:
- Experience in the MedTech industry.
