About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy & Operations, you will oversee the development of scalable marketing systems, manage digital marketing channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns. Your responsibilities will include operations management, website performance oversight, email marketing strategy, paid media campaign management, and data analysis to optimize marketing performance.

About You

Required:

6-8+ years in digital marketing, growth, or marketing operations, ideally with experience in media production and content creation.
Solid understanding in website management and optimization, email marketing, CRM, paid acquisition, and campaign management.
Strong hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress), HubSpot (or similar), attribution models, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Preferred:

Experience in personal brands, thought leadership, or content-driven businesses.
Highly analytical, data-literate and detail-oriented, able to turn metrics into actionable improvements.
