About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Drug Product Technical Operations, you will lead a high-performing team focused on culture, performance, and inclusion. Your responsibilities include ensuring day-to-day manufacturing support, leading operational readiness for new product introductions, and governing eBR/MES systems. You will also drive the development of AI/GPT-based tools to enhance operational efficiency and maintain inspection readiness.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
- 10-12 years of experience in cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing with hands-on experience in component preparation, aseptic filling operations, media fills, and filling line operations.
Preferred:
- Experience leading tech transfers and process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with MES systems and deviation/CAPA processes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
