About the Role
As a Senior Manager, eDiscovery Innovation & Operations, you will oversee the management of eDiscovery projects, implement cost-effective workflows, and ensure compliance with legal standards. You will lead teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement in legal technology services, while advising on legal risks associated with emerging technologies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years' experience in eDiscovery operations and legal support
- Strong innovation mentality and dedication to continuous process improvement
- Deep knowledge of litigation support and key industry standards
- Advanced technical skill with legal technologies, platforms, and digital workflows
- Proficiency in project management, including budget management and cost containment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal/external teams and collaborate across global cultures
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, enterprise environment
Preferred:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Demonstrated leadership capability, especially across diverse, multicultural teams
