About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in medical device manufacturing, with 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated success in PCBA testing, test system development, and electrical failure analysis.
Preferred:
- Experience with medical devices, FDA-regulated environments, or ISO 13485 quality systems.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing technical teams in a fast-paced production environment.
