About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in Medicare Advantage and/or Individual and Family plans.
- 6 years of job-related experience with deep technical and/or subject matter expertise.
- 6 years of management or administrative experience in health care, preferably in an integrated health delivery network.
- 4 years of leadership experience, including direct supervisory experience or project management.
- 2 years of direct supervisory experience.
- Experience building and maintaining trusted relationships with the broker community.
- Experience in a health care organization, health system, health plan, or broker consulting field.
- Experience in overall business strategy and analysis including marketing, quality, and financial analytics.
- Excellent program management experience, including development of strategic plans and monitoring processes.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
