Summary
Invenergy is seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental Compliance & Strategy to join their team in Mountain Home, UT. The role involves leading the development, implementation, and management of the cultural resource management and Tribal relations program.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager in the Environmental Compliance & Strategy group, you will serve as a subject matter expert and liaison to Invenergy leadership and project teams, managing consultant engagement strategies for cultural resource and Tribal relations work. You will advise on state and federal historic preservation laws, develop corporate strategies for cultural resource management, and build team capacity on these issues.
About You
Required:
- Demonstrated 10+ years cultural resource management and Tribal relations experience with 3+ years in the energy industry.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.
- Excellent technical writing, project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in anthropology, archaeology, or related discipline.

- Base pay range of $149k–$175k annually.
- Bonus eligibility of 25% - 40%.
