Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager, External Supply Data & Analytics Lead to join their team in Tampa, FL. The role involves orchestrating solution strategy, delivery, and adoption of analytical solutions across External Supply operations.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager – External Supply Lead, you will lead the end-to-end data and analytics strategy for External Supply, ensuring alignment with PGS Data Lake and other workstreams. You will establish data governance standards, drive integration of ES data into enterprise platforms, oversee analytics and reporting workstreams, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions. You will also champion a value-driven delivery mindset and drive a culture of data literacy within the team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field with 6+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer / 3+ years as a Data Architect.
- Exceptional knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence in a global, matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with emerging AI frameworks and libraries.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and responsible AI practices.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on Agile experience with modern delivery methodologies.
- Experience designing automated, reusable analytic workflows and model pipelines.
- Pharma & Life Sciences commercial domain knowledge.
