About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will develop and maintain financial models, manage investor reporting packages, prepare and analyze financial statements, provide insights for decision-making, and collaborate with departments to track budgets and forecasts. You will also conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and help build financial reporting capabilities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a startup SaaS or technology company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong skills in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Preferred:
- MBA or CPA.
- Familiarity with financial reporting systems and ERP software.
