About the Role
As a Senior Manager, FP&A, you will lead all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, P&L ownership, and executive reporting for assigned healthcare verticals. You will collaborate with product, strategy, and go-to-market leaders to drive growth and efficiency, support roadmap development, and influence capital allocation. Your responsibilities will also include leading business reviews, developing analytics, and optimizing financial systems and processes.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years in FP&A, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Expertise in financial modeling, analytics, and KPI tracking.
- Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Power BI; Adaptive Insights a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong business partnering and communication skills.
