Summary

About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Gastroenterology Account Manager, you will lead and coach a team of Local and Regional Gastroenterology Account Managers. Your responsibilities include assessing business opportunities, prioritizing Gastro Infusion accounts, and ensuring compliance with AbbVie policies. You will also develop skill plans for your team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and engage with key accounts to maintain relationships and advance organizational objectives.
About You
Required:
- At least ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare system with experience in buy-and-bill contracting or account management.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience.
- Outstanding oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in Gastroenterology or immunology.
- Advanced degree and/or advanced training.
