About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Global Site Start-Up Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing site activation strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your daily tasks will include developing site activation projections, mitigating risks, monitoring CRO performance, and leading site start-up activities. You will also manage a team, advocate for optimized site selection strategies, and ensure comprehensive documentation for inspection readiness.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in the clinical drug development process, including study start-up.
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines.
Preferred:
- Line management experience.
- Strong project management skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency in trial management systems (CTMS, TMF) and MS applications.
