About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Information Systems, you will be responsible for managing a team of Business Systems Analysts and a managed service provider to ensure reliable software systems. Your duties will include monitoring service requests, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and overseeing D365 production support and enhancements. You will also develop strategies for system improvements and ensure compliance with functional requirements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 10+ years’ experience in IT consulting/support, systems administration, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing direct reports.
Preferred:
- 8+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
- Experience with full life-cycle implementations of D365 F&O.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in large teams.
- Strong knowledge of ERP Systems and business solution implementations.
- Experience with Agile development methodology and tools.
