Summary
RTX is seeking a Senior Manager International Tax Compliance & Reporting to join their team in Farmington, CT. The role involves managing the international side of U.S. tax compliance and ensuring adherence to global tax requirements.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager International Tax Compliance & Reporting, you will be responsible for managing international compliance for RTX, including preparing various tax forms, data analysis, entity management, and implementing process improvements. You will collaborate with finance, legal, and external advisors to ensure accurate reporting and timely filings while monitoring evolving tax laws and providing strategic guidance on global transactions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 7 years of experience in a public accounting or large multinational corporate tax environment.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in U.S. international tax law, compliance processes, and tax accounting.
Preferred:
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills, with experience in One Stream software preferred.
