RTX is seeking a Senior Manager International Tax Compliance & Reporting to join their Corporate Tax Team in Farmington, CT. The role involves managing international compliance for U.S. tax requirements while supporting the company's expanding international operations.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager International Tax Compliance & Reporting, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with global tax requirements, collaborating with finance, legal, and external advisors for accurate reporting and timely filings. Your duties will include managing international compliance processes, data analysis, entity management, and providing strategic guidance on global transactions and tax laws.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 7 years of experience in public accounting or large multinational corporate tax environment.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in U.S. international tax law, compliance processes, and tax accounting.
Preferred:
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills, with experience in One Stream software preferred.
