About the Role
As a Senior Manager in International Tax, you will direct multinational enterprises on business decisions, advise on tax planning, collaborate with Mergers & Acquisition Tax, assist with tax provisions for financial statements, and provide guidance on income tax treaty planning opportunities. You will work with high-profile clients to navigate complex business opportunities and challenges, leveraging KPMG's extensive network and resources.
About You
Required:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in international tax, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; licensed CPA, EA, JD/LLM or foreign equivalent.
- Knowledge of a broad range of international and domestic tax law provisions.
- Strong research and writing, Excel modeling, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to balance and lead multiple engagements and supervise staff.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing and deepening client relationships.
- Familiarity with alternative investment companies and their tax implications.
