About the Role
As a Senior Manager, M&A and Corp Dev, you will be responsible for originating opportunities, leading cross-functional diligence, structuring transactions, and presenting directly to the investment committee. You will manage projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely execution of deals and building relationships with key stakeholders in the energy sector.
About You
Required:
- 5–10 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, real estate private equity, development, or related transactional roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading or heavily driving acquisitions through close.
- Strong financial modeling and underwriting capabilities.
- Polished, executive-level communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements.
- High ownership mentality and strong execution discipline.
