About the Role
As a Senior Manager Member Platforms, you will collaborate with MGA Information Management to drive platform marketing and operations, develop strategic direction for platform life cycles, manage budgets, and oversee staff management. You will be responsible for enhancing user experience, increasing platform adoption, and ensuring financial returns while leading a team in a matrix management structure.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or related field in product management of online platforms.
- 7-10 years of closely related experience in digital information products or platforms, including online communities and social networks.
- 7-10 years of business development, product marketing, and online services experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in assembling and aligning business plans, including developing P&Ls and forecasting.
- 7-10 years of program or project management experience, including budget management.
- 7-10 years of experience in data analytics and user-driven personalized services.
- 4-7 years of staff management experience in a matrix-style reporting structure.
Preferred:
- Master's or other advanced degree.
