About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Mid-Enterprise PAMs, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing Partner Account Managers. You will oversee the partner engagement model, align with the Partner Marketing team, and drive revenue. Your role includes enabling your team to articulate the value of Klaviyo, manage business development opportunities, and act as thought leaders in the industry. You will also collaborate with various departments to achieve company-wide goals and maintain a focus on revenue production.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of relationship building experience.
- Management experience.
- Partnerships and/or sales experience with a direct revenue target.
- 4-6 years of SaaS account management, channel and/or sales experience.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and consultative skills.
- Experience in training and developing team members.
- Ability to operate with and exceed revenue-focused goals.
