STERIS is seeking a Senior Manager, Mobile Solutions to join their team in Oakland, CA. The role involves developing, managing, and expanding customer accounts within an assigned territory while supporting sales and client relations functions.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Mobile Solutions, you will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, manage customer accounts, conduct site assessments, collaborate with project managers, achieve sales targets, analyze market trends, and represent STERIS at industry events. This position requires significant travel, up to 75% nationwide and 10% internationally.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
10+ years' experience in the healthcare industry.
2+ years' experience in a sales, client management, business development, or professional services supporting consultative sales.

Preferred:

Experience as a STERIS Project Design Manager, or equivalent clinical consultative sales role in the SPD or Periop space.
Engineering or construction knowledge, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, and code compliance.
Personnel management with direct reports, focused on growth, development, and retention.
Experience in contract negotiation and addendum review.
