About the Role
As the Senior Manager of Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for overseeing invoice processing, vendor management, and tax reporting. You will supervise a team of approximately 15 individuals, focusing on their development and ensuring operational goals are met. Your role will also include implementing KPIs, managing third-party service providers, analyzing workflows for improvements, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives across North America.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in leadership positions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree and/or CPA.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience working within a Shared Services Organization.
- Track record of process improvement, project management, and change management.
