About the Role
As a Senior Manager of SEM, you will oversee strategy and performance for a team of 4–6 media buyers, dedicating approximately 50% of your time to managing and scaling the SEM channel. You will serve as the primary point of accountability for platform teams and align business priorities with cross-functional partners, including analytics, product, and content teams.
About You
Required:
- 5–8 years of experience managing media or paid social teams, ideally within the digital media or personal finance industry.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads and Tableau.
Preferred:
- Strategic thinking and a proven ability to develop and execute long-term channel growth strategies.
- Leadership and team management skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
- Technical proficiency in SEM best practices including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid strategies, and A/B testing.
