About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Healthcare-related field.
- Certification as a National Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST), National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician, National Certified Instrument Specialist, or National Certified Surgical Instrument Specialist.
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in Sterile Processing.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a hospital sterile processing department.
- Minimum 3 years managing budgets and staff.
- Proven leadership in high-volume hospital environments.
- Deep understanding of sterilization protocols, surgical instrumentation, and infection control standards.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and operational teams.
- Ability to analyze data and manage budgets effectively.
- Passion for quality, safety, and continuous improvement in patient care support services.
