About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle EBS Finance (R12+), including full lifecycle implementations.
- Expertise with Vertex tax integration.
- Deep understanding of global, multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-org structures, and intercompany flows.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and financial close.
- Proven ability to translate complex functional and business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience in global manufacturing or industrial organizations.
- Professional certifications: CPA, CMA, or MBA.
- Experience with OneStream, Oracle CPQ, or advanced financial reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous-improvement methodologies.
- Experience working in environments with hybrid ERP landscapes.
