Vercel is seeking a Senior Manager, People Systems to join their People team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves owning the strategy, governance, and technical delivery of Vercel's global People systems, focusing on Workday configuration, integrations, data integrity, audit, and compliance.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager, People Systems, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for maintaining Vercel's single source of truth for employee data. Your responsibilities will include managing Workday administration, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, optimizing integrations across key People systems, and partnering with various departments to align on operational and regulatory standards.
About You
Required:
8+ years of progressive HRIS or People Systems experience with deep expertise in Workday configuration, integrations, and data management.
3-5+ years leading high-performing global teams.
Proven ability to design and maintain audit-ready controls, including SOX-compliant processes.
Preferred:
Experience with automation platforms, APIs, or GRC tools that enhance system observability and control.
Experience supporting public-company audit readiness or designing controls aligned with SOX, ISO, or SOC2 frameworks.
