About the Role
As a Senior PR Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and running external communications that highlight how Workday is transforming industries in the AI era. You will build strong relationships with the media, develop strategies for positive coverage, and partner with various teams to create compelling narratives. This role requires juggling fast-paced programs and projects from strategic planning through tactical execution.
About You
Required:
- 8-10+ years of public relations experience, preferably in enterprise software technology.
- Demonstrated experience in building and scaling strategic PR programs aimed at targeted vertical industries.
- Strong experience working with business, trade, IT, and industry media outlets and reporters.
Preferred:
- Established relationships with industry trade, tech, and business media.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management expertise.
- Strong command of AI tools and demonstrated experience in deploying them to strengthen storytelling.
- Ability to quickly understand technology and translate into public relations strategies, messaging, and compelling narratives.
