Summary

About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product vision and roadmap for non-cash retail payments infrastructure, identify market opportunities, lead the rollout of new payment integrations, drive platform scalability and reliability, and monitor KPIs to enhance customer trust in the global remittance platform.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of product management experience in Financial Services, preferably payments.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in payments, product strategy, fintech operations, or consulting.
- Deep understanding of the global payments landscape, including cards, ACH, real-time payments, wallets, and cross-border rails.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Proven problem-solving skills with a robust technological background and understanding of business processes.
