As a Senior Manager, Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also provide regular updates to senior leadership and promote project management best practices within the organization.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries, particularly in early stage (IND-stage and Phase 1/2) programs.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Preferred:
Advanced degree (e.g., Ph.D., MBA) is a plus.
Experience in startup environments.
Familiarity with early-stage biotech operations, including R&D, clinical trials, or regulatory submissions.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus but not required.
Passion for biotech and innovation, with an interest in driving meaningful impact through science.
