- 3+ years of people management experience with excellent coaching and development skills.
- Deep expertise with core recruiting technologies such as Greenhouse ATS, Gem, TalentWall, and Modernloop.
- Proven operational rigor and strategic planning aptitude.
- Expertise in interpreting and communicating data from recruiting tools.
- Familiarity with TA Policy, Governance, and Compliance.
