About the Role
As a Senior Manager in Regulatory Affairs, you will combine scientific, regulatory, and business knowledge to ensure compliance with legislation affecting product development and distribution. You will supervise regulatory professionals, influence the regulatory environment, and maintain awareness of changes in pharmaceutical policies. Your responsibilities include overseeing the accuracy of advertising materials, developing promotional strategies, ensuring departmental training, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field (biology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, medical technology, pharmacy, pharmacology, nursing) plus 7 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience in US Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotion.
Preferred:
- PharmD degree plus 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience working in a complex and matrix environment with strong negotiation skills.
- Experience in a management capacity.
