About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, you will collaborate with various departments to develop and optimize a comprehensive sales training and enablement program. Your responsibilities will include designing training programs, aligning with product marketing, and ensuring the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in a B2B SaaS environment.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) and experience embedding these methodologies into sales teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to travel across North America and Europe to deliver field programs as needed.
