About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Statistics, you will be responsible for leading study/program level delivery, conducting advanced statistical analyses, implementing a quantitative decision-making framework, and participating in regulatory submissions. You will also contribute to asset level strategies and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
About You
Required:
- PhD in statistics/biostatistics or equivalent quantitative sciences with approximately 3+ years of experience.
- MS in statistics/biostatistics or equivalent quantitative sciences with approximately 6+ years of experience.
- Advanced knowledge of drug development, clinical study designs, and statistical programming skills (SAS and R).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Specialized statistical expertise in Neuroscience or multiple therapeutic areas.
- Strong project management and collaborative skills.
