Summary
QTS Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead talent acquisition initiatives across multiple business units and regions in Irving, TX.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will develop and lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies, manage and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, collaborate with business leadership to forecast hiring needs, and champion employer branding efforts. You will also analyze recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with employment laws, and drive equitable hiring strategies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ten or more years of talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience, including five or more years of people leadership experience.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact recruitment strategies in complex organizations.
- Expertise in recruitment technologies, ATS & CRM platforms, and data analytics.
- Deep understanding of labor market trends, sourcing techniques, and employment law.
Preferred:
- Global or multi-country recruitment expertise.
- Experience working in high-growth global organizations.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, organization, leadership, and project management skills.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
