About You
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including full cycle recruiting across various roles and functions.
- 5+ years of experience leading recruiters as a people manager.
- Strong experience in building hiring plans and guiding leaders through headcount planning.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools, including exposure to AI-driven tools.
- Demonstrated ability to coach recruiters and manage performance.
- Experience managing a high volume and varied portfolio with clear results on hiring quality.
- Ability to apply data to forecast challenges and improve team performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
